High-Performance, BPA-Free Non-Stick

This roaster is finished with a double coating of Quantum II silicone non-stick. Quantum II has been innovatively engineered to release your food with ease, and is 100% PTFE, BPA and PFOA-free.

The two layers of Quantum II are fused to the sandblasted surface of the pan, and are strengthened with ceramics to provide years of outstanding non-stick performance.
